I joined 123 Krav Maga initially to improve my fitness and maybe learn some self defence techniques to give me more confidence in today’s, sometimes, hostile world. Since the first day, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the training, the atmosphere of the club and the professionalism of the friendly instructors who tailor the training to individual needs. From attending one night a week, I now try to attend at least three times and have seen a marked improvement in my fitness levels. I also now feel much calmer and more relaxed in stressful situations at work and home. What started out as a “route to fitness” has become more of an integral part of my life and I feel much better for it. Thanks to all at 123 Krav Maga for your fantastic support.

Joining 123 Krav Maga over 4 years ago, has definitely changed my life for the better. I was a very shy, nervous woman, lacking in confidence, but desperately wanted to learn self defence, and the technical skills involved in Krav Maga.

I joined 123 Krav Maga looking for a realistic self-defence training system. What I got was so much more, a family. During my years of training, my confidence has excelled, my fitness level has vastly improved. What I love about Krav Maga is the simplicity of the system, its effectiveness, and how any age or ability can perform these techniques. This is down to the fantastic 123 Krav Maga instructors, they create a friendly and supportive environment in every class, and before you know it, you will be nailing every technique! The classes are enjoyable, intense, fulfilling, and one thing is for certain, you will get fit and learn how to defend yourself! 123 Krav Maga has become part of my daily life, whether it’s training, dieting discussions, gym workouts, or checking in on you, to see if you’re alright, during this tough year. Out of all the decisions I have made this year, joining 123 Krav Maga has definitely been one of the best. I originally joined with the intention to learn how to better defend myself, and I feel a lot safer thanks to the excellent training and support I have received.

 As a young female in today’s society, it can sometimes feel quite intimidating to be in certain social situations, and I really would encourage anyone who feels vulnerable to give Krav Maga a go!

What I didn’t expect from the class is the community that came with it. Being part of 123 Krav Maga has introduced me to a whole new group of people who are always friendly and supportive. It really does feel like one big Krav family.
